About Us


All security systems are individually designed to each customer's needs and budgets. Some clients specify exactly what their requirements are, but others often rely on specialist expertise to recommend a suitable system for their situation.

Triton Access will provide you with a professional supply, install and support one stop solution. Triton Access can provide a complete Service and Maintenance package which is run from it's fully functional support centre. The expert staff allow clients to get the full support they need. The service is designed to run hand in hand with the day to day running of your business.

Triton Access has a growing group of customers, both local and national. Triton Access has a professional team, qualified to the highest standard in the supply and support of access control.



Shipping And Handling


Delivery of all goods are made by courier and not Royal Mail. All goods are despatched using "Next Day" service Monday to Friday subject to stock availability and charged at £7.95

"Next Day" service means the item will be sent the 'Next Day' from the date the order is accepted - for example, if an order is received and accepted on Monday, then it will be sent out Tuesday


Every effort is made to ensure goods are despatched on time, however, this cannot be guaranteed by the very nature of traffic and/or road accidents. Remote areas of Scotland and the Highlands may take longer for delivery

Triton Access will not be liable in any way for the loss of earnings, production time or any other associated costs resulting from late or non delivery of goods.

Delivery Schedule


We make every effort to despatch your order to you within 1-3 business days, however, we do please ask that you allow sufficient time for your installation and ask that you do not order items the day before you require them - we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as this is out of our control once the item has left our warehouse. If there is any problem with your delivery then we will email you so do please check your email account regularly

Delivery of all goods are made by courier only - a signature is required so please ensure that someone is able to receive your order - it is always best to use a company address for this reason to avoid any re-delivery charges

Back Orders


If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges


For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.50% VAT will be added.

Privacy Policy


Triton Access does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed for delivery as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.



Returns Policy

Items deemed faulty must be returned to us AFTER you have emailed us requesting a "Returns Form" - items sent back to us without a Returns Form will NOT be accepted

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days from the date you received the item without question - a refund of the item cost less delivery charge will be issued.

The item must be returned with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, (in particular with video monitors please do not remove the protective screen cover) fixings and any supplied paperwork, manuals or instruction booklets must be in perfect condition and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less delivery cost on condition of the above 7 day notice period and item condition only.

Any item not returned in a re-saleable condition will not be refunded - manufacturers will not accept items that are scratched, scuffed or have parts missing (unless damaged or missing on delivery).

Credit/refund will NOT made under circumstances for items older than 60 days, a minimum 15% handling charge for all goods returned for credit after 7 days will be at our discretion for all customers.


Full refunds will not be made if:


Full refunds will NOT be made if the item is not returned in a re-saleable condition. If you ordered incorrectly or no longer require the item. A re-stocking charge of 15% of the net order amount + VAT (less delivery charge) will be charged.

Items returned using standard Royal Mail is at your own risk and Triton Access hold no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage should you choose this method

Replacement/faulty items:


We do not send out advanced replacement items under any circumstances whatsoever, this is due to the fact that we cannot absorb the cost of an item that is not returned to us, sadly several customers have "promised" to return items but they haven't

If you require a replacement item then you must pay for a replacement item/system in the first instance then return the item to us and we will refund you subject to our Refunds Policy as above.

Acceptance of receipt of items by Triton Access is made by signature only, Items returned as "Faulty" will be tested and if it is found to be faulty as a result of poor workmanship a new item will be sent to you without question.

If the item is found to be operational upon our test, a report will be emailed to you together with a repair charge of £19.95 + VAT for the testing and re-delivery of the item.

The return of the item will not be sent until the repair charge is paid to us. All items deemed repairable will be made in the first instance by our engineer.

Triton Access will not be liable in any way for the loss of earnings, production or labour time or any other associated costs resulting from installation of our products

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable to you.

Please check your emails on a regular basis for any updates or changes regarding your order and please check your junk mail boxes also.

Warranty


All goods purchased are supplied with a manufacturers standard 12 month warranty in addition, Triton Access will ensure that goods are supplied free of dirt, damaged materials or defective workmanship. Warranty will not cover any goods found to be misused or forcibly damaged.
