years of trouble free service. In order to provide this service in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines,
we are pleased to offer annual Service Lever Agreements.
Think of a service and maintenance contract for
your security system as equivalent to combined regular servicing and breakdown cover on your car. The type of service you
would choose for your car depends on the age and type of car you drive, as well as the last service it had.
A service and maintenance contract works in a similar way.
Triton Access can provide servicing for all types
of security and associated building management systems. If system modifications or extensions are required, our service engineers
can answer your questions, or put you in contact with specialists within our organisation.
In brief, what advantages will a maintenance contract give you?
· Free unlimited telephone software support Monday to Friday 8.30am
to 5.00pm.
· Battery
status checks of each door and replace where necessary.
· Provide a report and cost of any remedial
work to each unit if faulty or damaged.
· Check status of any Networked Units.
· Check version
number of software and upgrade to the latest version if necessary.
· Provide training on any new software features.
You will also receive the following:
Full system check: Testing of each product will be
made to confirm that it is performing its role of locking and unlocking the door. A report will show any performance problems,
highlighting the reasons for malfunction and any corrective actions performed or required. Where
additional works and/or parts are required, we will provide an additional quotation prior to any works being undertaken
Servicing
non-Triton Access Systems:
If your system was not installed by Triton Access, you can still enjoy the benefits
and peace of mind of engineering support from an industry leader. Because our engineers are trained in all types of security
technology they can maintain and service systems originally supplied and installed by other companies.
Technical Call Out & Training:
