The cut-off time for next day delivery is 1.00pm. All orders are sent on a next working day delivery unless specifically requested otherwise. All orders are subject to a carriage charge unless otherwise agreed.


Payment Terms

A customer credit application form is available on request to enable you to apply to open up an account with us. Following receipt of this form an account will usually be opened in 1–2 business days* (*subject to status), credit card payment can be accepted any time prior to a credit account being opened. Payment terms for credit accounts are strictly 30 days following the day of which the invoice is dated. All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept payment by BACS and Cheque (cheques must be cleared before goods or services can be received/dispatched).


Returns

If for any reason you need to return any items please contact our returns department for a reference number. Any item received without a returns number may be returned at your cost and would not be accepted for credit. Should we agree to accept back unwanted goods that had been correctly supplied we reserve the right to apply a 20% handling charge*.

Retention of Title

The company shall retain title to the goods until the company receives full payment of the price of the goods and any other outstanding sums.

The Customer shall keep such goods as the company’s bailee and shall deliver up the Goods to the company as its request and shall:

1. Insure the goods against the usual risks
2. Store the Goods separately or otherwise ensure that they are readily identifiable as the company’s property
3. Keep the goods free from any charge, lien or other encumbrance.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
